Q. How do I know if there is a problem with my computer? eg. If the computer is taking too long to boot up.
A: You may have Spyware, Malware, or a Virus.
Solution: You need to purchase some anti virus software, eg. Norton or McAfee Anti Virus Software Programme and install and run it on your computer.
How to avoid the problem: Do not go onto risky websites or open unknown emails.
